Decided to bike to my 3rd PT session;
Heading North in to Hilton was exhilarating due to favorable crosswinds, averaging 13.9 mph.
Maximum downhill speed was achieved on South Ave. Had to brake prematurely because of a Street Sweeper blocking traffic.
Homeward was a daunting difference averaging 8.25mph due to persistent and gusting headwinds.
So it was a trip to Hilton to accomplish my 3rd session of PT for the right knee. A needed stop at the Transportation compound to drop off the nomination form for SRP of the year.

The knees felt good this ride. In fact strength and cadence on this ride seemed more like the old days. Additionally, it's a good feeling when my mind is in wander mode and my mileage is on auto-pilot...
