Setting intermediate goals is essential...
Already it is the 67th day of 2011, and I haven't biked 100 miles yet (actually 102 miles as of this afternoon). I'm going for a longer ride today! I must set intermediate goals if I am ever to achieve the 6300 mile goal for the year...
Here is my ride today, it's NOT my longest ride YTD. But it's the longest ride since having BOTH knees replaced! The new knees are acclimating on schedule at Right TKR+29 days and Left TKR+105 days
