 Ouch
After yesterday's extensive climbing, for me anyway, the legs felt pretty torn up with both legs very sore. Headed south into the wind up the slot of SR 14 toward Millport in hopes of spinning out some of the toxins. Didn't plan on any course and thought I would just wing it and end up doing something that the legs could handle. Rode slowly for about a half hour without covering much distance and the legs actually cleared up. Ended up doing some tailwind assisted climbing up Ridge Road from Horseheads. It is only six or seven miles of climbing with three half mile climbs making up most of the elevation gain. Climbed fairly well and was rewarded with a thousand foot of descent back into Odessa and then home. Felt better and had more energy after the ride than before but didn't push it and kept it short.
