Body is pretty much exhausted and appear to be on the edge of coming down with a cold.
Thought about just lounging about today and also thought that getting some sunshine might help. Took an easy ride to Watkins and didn't go near any hills and successfully got a recovery ride. Felt better on the bike than off.
