Drove down to Radford VA for a mountain century tomorrow. Stopped in Lewisburg PA for a short ride on the Buffalo Valley Rail to Trail. Took it easy and kept it short to avoid getting wet as the cold weather and rain were following me down from NY. Trail unfortunately is only nine miles long so was able to complete it even while keeping it short. Stayed on the trail today and off the pavement. Few people were on the trail but there were a few riders and joggers. Did nothing but spun slowly and kept dry for the most part as it was sputtering rain as I finished the ride. Not a bad day today legs felt okay and am looking forward to the mountains in the morning.
