Took a long slow ride with only one good climb in it. Didn't have any legs today and really milked the climb. Weather wasn't too bad with only a slight north wind. Milked the tailwind home too. Not a very good ride today. I was hoping the spinning would clear the legs out, but it didn't seem to work as they just kept getting heavier as the miles ticked slowly down.
