Easy ride around the Johnson Hollow loop. Pretty much keep the legs turning and run through all the gears to make sure the legs and bike are ready for tomorrow's half century in Perry. Bike worked well but legs are still on the sour side. Didn't develop much speed despite the good tailwind to Millport, and legs weren't there for the climb. Sat down and spun rest of ride. Only had to push a headwind over the top of the hollow. Overall not terribly encouraging big improvement over yesterday and did have very strong legs earlier in the week. Up the calories quite a bit to hopefully do some carbo-loading after yesterday's depletion.
