North wind has returned and driven off the nice weather. Legs are pretty much shelled and rather than take the day off opted for the default ride around Johnson Hollow. It is about the shortest ride that I still count as a course. Had good spin with tailwind at start but that didn't last long. Did nothing on the hill section and coasted the downhill. Felt weak and cold and wasn't a good day on the bike.
