Sun came out today but had no desire to ride in a forty mile an hour north wind. If it were a south wind I would have taken the road bike out but opted today for the mountain bike again. Repeated yesterday's short ride through the swamp. Bird Trail was out of the wind and as usual a good section to ride. Had eight inches of standing water at a couple of places but had no problem riding through it. Not many geese out today which was disappointing but caught a strong tailwind back on Rock Cabin. Seemed like a waste of a good day but couldn't see riding in the wind for very far today. Getting lazy in my old age.
